Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

PowerPacks Refund Policy

We have a No-Questions Asked 7 Day Return Policy for the purchase of our PowerPacks. Refunds will be processed within 24 business hours of a request.

Important Notes

  • No refunds will be offered 7 days after the purchase of the PowerPack
  • You may cancel your subscription and your PowerPack will lapse when your subscription lapses
  • The PowerPacks are supposed to be self-serve along with the user manual. Refunds due to lack of support post 7 days will not be upheld
  • Tally.ERP9 Release 6 is required for all PowerPacks to work as intended. PowerPacks may or may not function properly on older versions of Tally
  • It is the buyer's responsibility to check their Tally versions. If you have mistakenly purchased a PowerPack for an older version of Tally, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase
  • Mark IT is not responsible for the buyer's IT infrastructure including any firewalls that may block the functioning of a PowerPack
