One PowerPack is meant to be used on a single Tally serial number only. For additional Tally serial numbers, please purchase an additional PowerPack
The PowerPack will be delivered within 24 business hours to the email ID provided assuming that the Tally Serial Number provided is accurate and valid. Please be sure to check your Spam/Junk folder to ensure deliverability.
No refunds will be offered 7 days after the purchase of the PowerPack. You may cancel your subscription and your PowerPack will lapse when your subscription lapses
The PowerPacks are supposed to be self-serve along with the user manual. Refunds due to lack of support post 7 days will not be upheld.
Tally.ERP9 Release 6 is required for all PowerPacks to work as intended. PowerPacks may or may not function properly on older versions of Tally. It is the buyer's responsibility to check their Tally versions. If you have mistakenly purchased a PowerPack for an older version of Tally, you may request a 'No-Questions-Asked' refund within 7 days of purchase. Post 7 days, refund inquiries for version mismatch will not be upheld.
Mark IT is not responsible for the buyer's IT infrastructure including any firewalls that may block the functioning of a PowerPack. The buyer is responsible for managing their IT infrastructure.
Physical Tax Invoices will be provided only on request. Soft copies will be sent to the email you provided during purchases. (Be Eco-Friendly! Save Paper!)

*When a major release of Tally is released, Mark IT will update the PowerPack within 60 days of release and send an updated TCP to the registered email ID with instructions to re-install the PowerPack at no extra cost to the customer.
Products purchased on subscription basis are eligible for a ‘No-Questions-Asked’ 7 day refund
Post 7 days, no refunds for any reason will be entertained
Products purchased on subscription will automatically renew monthly or annually based on the subscription type chosen at the time of purchase i.e. you will be automatically charged the renewal amount from your chosen payment type every 30 days or 365 days
